About the Space
This is a nicely finished store-front on Front St. in Philadelphia. The space is one large room perfect for photo shoots, gallery events, pop-up shops or other events that need a large private room. The space is one large room approximately 13' x 30' with a small room in the back with a bathroom, utility sink area and mini-refrigerator. There are roll up security doors in the front which can be opened to allow light and visibility through the large storefront glass window or the security gate can be kept closed for privacy.

Nicholas' space is flippin' AWESOME. It is exactly as pictured, well maintained, unadorned, and uncluttered. Clean white walls & hardwood floor shines. The AC kicks *ss, it's secured, the bathroom is large and clean, even the slop sink is clean. Nicholas is straightforward, honest, and efficient. This place is an oasis and has a great fresh vibe.
