There is a 30-minute load-in parking space directly in front of street-level entrance. Free parking can be found in the brick alley next to the skate shop. All other parking is 2 hr. limit, pay at the pay station. 8am - 8pm. You don't have to move your vehicle to validate adding time.

Your session time starts from the moment the first person of your crew comes into the studio and ends when the last person of your team leaves the studio. The time you need to set up is part of your session. Please consider the time required for set-up/prep when booking. Overtime will be charged to your Peerspace Account when you go over your intended booking. 1x hourly rate if no booking after your own, or 1.5x hourly rate if there is a booking after yours. Overtime will be charged on a scale of 30 and 60 minutes. We will round up to the nearest hour/half-hour. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. The equipment must be arranged to the approximate previous positions. To have alcohol in the studio, you must have permission from Wyat before your event. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the studio or building is permitted. If the renters or anyone in the renter's party is found smoking, the event will be immediately terminated, and the renter will be asked to leave. Smoking outside is permitted. Smokers must be 25' from the entrance of all businesses in Opera Alley. i.e., Bullseye Lane Axe Throwing, Over The Moon Cafe, The Press Room, & Devil's Reef. Do not litter in Opera Alley. Dispose of all butts & roaches in the trash can outside the building. All recycling placed in the blue bin must be primarily dry and free of food remanents. Trash or recycling that does not fit within the two designated containers in the studio must be placed in the trash can outside the building. However: DO NOT OVERFILL THE TRASH CAN OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. IF THE TRASH CAN OUTSIDE THE BUILDING IS FULL, YOU MUST PACK YOUR TRASH HOME. A representative will be on-site to let you into the studio but is not required to assist in loading, unloading, or any tasks during your project. If neighbors make noise complaints, the event will be immediately terminated, and the renter will be asked to leave. Keep the studio door shut during the rental. Opening windows: the far-right window is the only one to be opened safely. Please close this window after your rental. If you wish to have additional windows open during your rental, please ask an associate. Do not try and close any window beside the far-right. No pets are allowed in the studio without prior authorization from the staff. Keep the main green door to the alley closed unless used by another building patron. Check to make sure the green door is wholly shut after each use. Please note: the green door will lock when closed. Do not lock yourself out. It is not guaranteed that an associate can reach you promptly. Do not cross next-door neighbor's "waiting room" to get to the restrooms. Go around. The restrooms available are also the restrooms used by Bullseye Lane Axe Throwing. Please treat them with respect. Keep entry space in front of the studio door clear. There is a shoe rack and coat hooks for your convenience. Don't leave valuables outside of the studio. Keep hallways clear. Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to property or equipment that occurs during the time renter, or their party occupies the premises. Renter agrees to pay repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter agrees to pay for damage to the Premises, including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, or painted surfaces. Report any accidents, broken items, or emergencies to Wyat immediately.
