About the Space

This is a creative space that can be used for photo and/or video production. There are large, bright west facing windows, that allow for sun-filled days and beautiful golden hour lighting. The space includes a vanity, various photography equipment, props and paper backdrops. It allows for plenty of versatility and space for creatives to bring their visions to life. ***Please keep in mind that we are located on the 4th floor. There is a freight elevator that is available for heavy items MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please let me know if you need access to the freight elevator before your booking.***

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

We were happy with the studio overall but won’t lie we mostly booked it for the sofa and it is really dirty. My client wanted to walk away but eventually, we made it work. I guess would be worth mentioning or just cleaning the sofa. But it’s a nice studio overall. Thank you!
