All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our studio, not only do we compare to large studios, but we also pride ourselves in knowing the styles of the most recognizable brands in the world, but also the small business next door. Whether you need a single videographer, stills, or a whole crew, we can help. We provide a large Cyclorama Wall and a separate Green Screen. Car dollys, cranes, camera tracks, teleprompter, and production equipment are also available at special request and additional cost.

Parking description

Gated parking lot can accomodate 25+ vehicle and several trucks.

General Rules

Smoking is not allowed inside building. All vehicles that will be on set must be moved into building on car dollies. Vehicles cannot be running while on set or inside building.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras placed sporadically around the complex.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
