- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

Elijah's loft space was the perfect venue for the video shoot we were creating. Access to the space is easy and made for quick unloading and loading of our equipment. The large industrial window at the end of the room gave the space a really nice urban feel and allowed for creating the illusion of a much bigger space. The interior of the loft is nice and open with plenty of outlets. The concrete wall in the middle of the space is a bonus that adds a nice textured backdrop. The kitchen was modern and very well presented. The mezzanine loft area upstairs is the perfect space for wardrobe, makeup and styling. Elijah was very pleasant to work with and responded very quickly to any texts and emails. And the price is great. I will definitely use this space again.
