- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Great space for photography. We enjoyed the natural light from the large window. This said, there are plenty of outlets in the space for your lignite gear. Ample space in the loft for changes and make up. Elijah is a super friendly host, gave us a helping hand with the equipment.

The host was responsive and appeared as advertised. Access to the space was a bit challenging but the host was available to grant access to participants, the fans to cool the room were loud and made video conferencing a bit of a challenge.

Wonderful space! Host is amazing and accommodating. Goes above and beyond. The gated parking and ambiance of space was the selling point. All guests enjoyed their time and complimented the space. Perfect for my rehearsals for a fashion show I was getting ready for. Excited to use this space again.
