About the Space
Photography studio perfect for Professional Portraits, Fashion/Glam Photography,Moody Boudoir and Small Video Productions. Approx. 600 Sq Ft Open Rectangle Room. Variety of Savage Seamless Background Paper Interfit Stobe Lights Softboxes Reflectors *a detailed email will be sent after booking* *1 hour booking Monday - Thursday*. Renters will be charged half hour rate, if they go over the 1 hour rental time slot. * 2 hour minimum rental Friday - Sunday* Booking Requests must be put in 48 hours before rental date.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

My first time using studio lighting, so I opted for having Danielle mentor as well. The space was warm and welcoming for our maternity shoot, we used the speaker to loosen up and that helped so much. The variety of photo backgrounds really gave us a mix of feels and Danielle's guidance was so helpful for lighting. I will be back!
