Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a blocked amount of time between bookings to properly clean and disinfect the studio between booking parties.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

The space is located in the heart of the Loomis Downtown surrounded by local breweries and eateries. The Studio space is 1400 sqft and has a natural light front area perfect for natural light shooting, as well as the main space with an open room & 9ft W x 10ft H paper backdrop roller system. We allow photographers to utilize the unique furniture items through out the space to create a custom set for their clients. This is perfect for branding, headshots, newborn, family, and engagement sessions. We also have a restroom and changing area with a clothing rack for your clients to comfortably change and get ready.

There is free street parking in front of the studio on Taylor Rd., or a lot behind the building with an alleyway to walk to the front.

There is entry windows in the front space for natural light & the back half is for studio lighting.

Space is not soundproof

General Rules

-We do not allow pornography filming or photography -No smoking or vape -No pets without approval & paying pet fee -No glitter or confetti with glitter mixed in. Wide paper confetti will be okay with approval.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have camera's monitoring the front door to see entering/ exiting for safety.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
