Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We take the health and safety of guests seriously. Between each stay, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following guidance from the CDC. Cleaners wear protective garments (e.g., mask, gloves) and wipe surfaces, cabinet handles, door knobs, etc. with cleaning solutions that follow CDC guidance. All linens, dishware, glassware and silverware are also washed between stays. Cleaning products and tools are provided so you can clean and sanitize as well.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Stay in Downtown Chandler where you’ll have the entire luxurious condo all to yourself. The condo has beautiful finishes and comes fully outfitted with kitchen, bedroom, & bathroom essentials, as well as Fiber Internet 1G, and 65" Smart TV to watch Netflix and Disney+. Neighborhood Description: This is a residential community. It is important that you respect the property rules and the other residents during your stay. COVID UPDATE: Shared amenities may be closed or close during your stay. If something is important to you, reach out and we can get the latest info from the property. Rules regarding shared spaces could however change before or during your stay. If an amenity is especially important to you, please consider this before booking. Getting Around: You will be 5 minutes (walking distance) away from Downtown Chandler. Parking is subject to availability and may have additional fee(s). Pets, if permitted based on the property pet policy, are subject to additional fee(s). Please reach out if you are interested in understanding parking or pet fees.

Parking description

Parking is free on complex, under any carports (no assigned parking). DO NOT park under or in front of garages - you will be towed. You can also park on S Delaware St.

General Rules

Quiet hours after 10pm. Please no events or parties. Please don’t throw party in the apartment. $50 fee (or more) will be charge for not following the no shoes policy on the rugs and carpets. Fees &/or costs to remediate damages: (most be collected before check-in, or after via Airbnb Host Guarantee): Pet fee $100 (or more), Smoking Fee $300 (or more), Excessive Damages to property, furnitures Fee - $500 (or more), Excessive Damages to items Fee - $300 (or more). Police report will be filed for damages and theft valuing over $300.
