About the Space
Come enjoy our modern rustic studio for any event. Upon entry you'll notice a ton of character and creativity designed to impress all who enter. The studio offers plenty of natural light with 4 large storefront windows. The windows can be covered/blacked/out as needed. Additional features include a beautiful newly renovated 800 sqft single story open floor plan, dark laminate wood flooring throughout and a desingated spot for a DJ boothe or stage! We are during the week for walk thru's Tues - Fri 12pm - 6pm. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Nice size space

The space was really nice. Some TLC is need on the entry ways and doors. We wanted to lift the window shades but it was thick dust and debris on the window. The restrooms needed to be cleaned and hadn’t had a good dusting in a while. The staff was really nice. With some sprucing, the space can be truly amazing.

We booked this space for a “spa” birthday party for a 9 year old. The space was perfect! It was clean, spacious and had the perfect ambiance for our event. The host was extremely prompt in responding to our inquiries and was very helpful and attentive on the day of the event. He gave us our space but was available in the event we needed anything. There is no doubt we would book this space again!

First time hearing of and using Peerspace and the hosts and the space are A+++! The hosts are amazing and the space is exactly as pictured. Jay and Angela were accommodating and even surprised us with a glue gun when one of our decorations broke. Amazing people and amazing customer service all around. And our set up looked amazingggg in their space. We all enjoyed ourselves and will be recommending this spot and will use that space in the future for any future events we may hold. Thank you again for such a great experience!!!
