About the Space

* No smoking permitted of any kind inside building (including vapes & cigars) * No pets * Outside catering is allowed * Must be respectful of neighboring establishments * Guest is responsible for securing any needed permits. * Liquor & Security Guard Fee - If hard liquor is to be served, a security guard MAY be required for an extra fee. **Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement. ** Tables, chairs and all decor must be out after event extra fee will be charged OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $50 and not included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. **Please take great care of our space. Please do not leave food out. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. We booked this space for a “spa” birthday party for a 9 year old. The space was perfect! It was clean, spacious and had the perfect ambiance for our event. The host was extremely prompt in responding to our inquiries and was very helpful and attentive on the day of the event. He gave us our space but was available in the event we needed anything. There is no doubt we would book this space again!

First time hearing of and using Peerspace and the hosts and the space are A+++! The hosts are amazing and the space is exactly as pictured. Jay and Angela were accommodating and even surprised us with a glue gun when one of our decorations broke. Amazing people and amazing customer service all around. And our set up looked amazingggg in their space. We all enjoyed ourselves and will be recommending this spot and will use that space in the future for any future events we may hold. Host was very nice and accommodating. He helped me connect our Spotify playlist to their speakers and they happened to have a refrigerator in the back which was a welcome surprise because I needed a place to store a cake for my wife’s birthday party. The place looks just like the photos—wood panels, greenery, and fun accent pieces around the room. We booked in July so it was pretty warm and there was no AC. Fortunately, there were plenty of ceiling fans and it cooled off relatively fast once the sun went down. My wife loved her party and overall we were very happy with the space. I would definitely book here again!
