Welcome to our 9th floor modern and spacious downtown apartment located in the heart of San Francisco in the historic Civic Center. Our view from the apartment windows is of the city skyline and the City Hall dome. Our 800 sqft space is ideal for photoshoots, music videos, food videos, and intimate events. This is a two bedroom one bath apartment on the 9th floor. Our space has a unique and luxurious feel with a lot of natural light. There are floor to ceiling windows with the view of the City Hall dome. Book a night time slot and you'll be greeted with the City Hall dome lit up with various colors depending on the night. City Hall turns their lights on at dusk every night. You can find what colors the City Hall dome will be lit up on which days here ; https://sfgov.org/cityhall//lighting. Rooftop access is during your booking time, not in addition to. Please note since this is a shared space it is first come first served. Usually it is not busy as it can be a little chilly and windy most days. If this is something you are interested in please let me know. Overtime PLEASE READ: If you need more time once your booking has started, overtime will be charged at time and a half, this is 1.5 x the booking rate (for example if your booking rate per hour is $74, over time rate per hour will be 1.5x 74 =$111). Guests who are still using the space 20 minutes after the booking time will automatically be charged one hour of overtime. Renovated in 2018 the building competes to be one of the most luxury building in San Francisco. We are steps away from a Starbucks and a few blocks from San Francisco's best restaurants.
