About the Space
Open concept with industrial aesthetics that allow for you to create any layout from Productions (TV, film, trade shows, photoshoots, web and/or non-traditional content), Events (parties, performances, pop-ups, ceremonies, celebrations), Meetings (networking, company off-sites, group gatherings, retreats), Overnights (vacation rental/homeaway) which includes a queen size comfortable Murphy Bed. Some features are it's beautiful hardwood floors, full kitchen with 6 burner convection oven under hanging vent hood, large bathroom with both a jacuzzi tub and glass enclosed shower, 14' high ceilings with stairs to small loft space, and 8" tall windows bringing in all of that natural lighting. This loft has access to the rooftop with breathtaking sky views of Long Beach to include The Queen Mary and Gerald Desmond Bridge. Located by everything that you will enjoy from the dining, shopping, watering holes, close to major freeways, the beach, everything entertainment .....oh, and super walkable!
