Welcome, and thank you for your interest in our space. The Cozy Chic Bungalow-Backyard has the perfect fenced-in, private backyard for your next intimate gathering! Street-to-gate entrance makes it easy to bring in all of your backyard gathering needs! The flat, open space makes it easy to customize your vibe. Hang decor along the fence, and take a selfie or an usie with your friends! We are located in the heart of East Atlanta Village (EAV): less than 10 minutes walking distance from EAV's beloved shops and restaurants, less than 10 minutes drive to Little 5 Points and Krog Street Market/Inman Park, and less than 15 minutes drive to Ponce City Market.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

This is a beautiful backyard space.It is perfect for intimate events and gatherings. We shot a food product video ad and Alexandria was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would highly recommend and book again in the future.

This space is beautiful! The host was very great with communicating and check in was a breeze with the keypad. I highly recommend shooting here!
