All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We are here to serve the community out of Broward County, FL. The space is available for use by all photo fanatics, from photographers to models, essential holiday picture takers, wedding photos and even passport pictures.

Limited parking. Please be mindful of the amount of people attending the shoot.

General Rules

Return tables, chairs, and equipment to their original position. Anything damaged must be replaced by person responsible before exiting studio. No horse playing in studio. Cost of studio space rental is per photographer/videographer. To add charge click “add ons”.
