Located in the heart of RiNo in downtown Denver, the versatile space is perfect for photo & video shoots. Inside, blanc boasts a large gallery with exposed brick walls, ceiling mechanics, and an abundance of natural light. The urban-chic space is as flexible as it is comfortable with modern amenities and clever design touches throughout. The exterior space is completely unexpected for this urban location. The premier Courtyard space includes leafy shade trees, market lights, and grapevines that lead to our Gazebo. This area is sheltered by a large grape arbor and features a market light chandelier. Adjacent is a Brick side Patio. Completing the outdoor space is our industrial barn with large sliding doors.

Cleaning expectations – blanc will complete the following for each rental: - Deep clean prior to each rental. - Sanitizing of chairs between rentals. - Provide touchless hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility. - We are a 5-Star Certified Business.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
