About the Space

Fully functioning woodshop available for photo/video/commercial/tv-film shoots. Perfect for product shots and video needing an authentic woodshop backdrop. No set design needed! Lots of tools and wood to use as props and position/move around, as well as multiple woodworking stations that can be dressed in any number of ways. Has a nice balance of natural light and controlled lighting. 240 power throughout for advanced lighting rigs. There is a small music studio/office which can be used for hair/makeup/wardrobe, or green room with window looking at the main big space. There are 4 parking spots right in front of the garage bay door for grip trucks, gear loading etc. Ample street parking for the rest of the crew. Starbucks/Chipotle around the corner. It’s the real deal!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves
