Peaceful sweet home in the California Desert. Rancho Mirage adjacent, minutes from downtown Cathedral City, close to the Ritz Carlton, nearby hiking in one direction and all the amenities you need in the other (grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, Post Office, baseball fields, dog groomers, etc.). Single family, single story home. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, and is1551 sq. ft. We are in a small friendly neighborhood of all Mid-Century Ranch style homes. My awesome home even has its own labyrinth meditation walk in the front yard! There are two driveways, one suitable for RV parking, shade trees, a meditation garden with a vintage bird bath, two large covered patios (one in back with lots of seating and a large table that's open to the backyard and one in the front off the master bedroom that is totally private and walled in. The back patio is draped with traditional bistro (Edison Bulbs) lights that look fabulous at night. We have an old-school large and deep pool with lounge chairs and a sun shade. The garden has a lovely lawn area surrounded by Golden Lantana, Bluebell Bushes, White Bougainvillea, grape vines, and a beautiful sculptural mulberry tree all growing in beautifully. We also have a laundry room, small walk in closet, large master shower, and a wall of beautiful glass jars full of teas and herbs (owner has a healing tea company...check out my Anxiety Reducer Tea at www.ConvergenceHealingTeas.com). There are two storage sheds on the property and plenty of room to set up a makeup and craft services location. The master bedroom has two French Doors opening to the front patio and the guest bedroom has a single French Door that opens out to the back patio. One bedroom is my husband's art studio.
