Unique 1850'ies large stone single - 7000sqft. Originially Quaker family (Emlen) built. Possibly used for underground railroad. Original moldings and character. Situated in historic center of Germantown close to US capitol in 1793. Budding national landmarks like previous Germantown academy which was rented by US congress 1793/94.
