Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
In house cleaning staff cleans building thoroughly. We also require guests clean common touch surfaces they use frequently during their rental time.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
Main Balcony- This is the largest of our three gracious balconies with sound facings views. This flexible outdoor space can be used in conjunction with any of our events spaces and can seat roughly 50 people. Comes furnished with bistro tables and chairs, cocktail tables and barstools, soft seating (outdoor seating), and a large family style table.

Parking is limited. Street parking is free for 2 hours but must move cars. Parking enforcement hours are Mon-Sat 8am-6pm
General Rules
Food: We do not have a list of required or approved caterers. Our staff does not buss tables. The lessee is required to provide ample catering staff or additional help to bus tables and clean the catering staging area through the end of the event.
Music/AV Set up: Rental includes one Gemini PA-15L 15" Loudspeaker and corded microphone. This speaker is USB and Bluetooth capable. Our staff are available to troubleshoot AV issues when they arise. Though, our staff do not function as event AV operators or DJs. For larger events hiring an AV operator is strongly recommended.
Setup: All set up must occur on the day of the event. Thus, setup time must be factored in to total time of event rental. We are not capable of storing goods before or after the event. Our staff will set up space according to the agreed upon floor plan on the day of the event. Any modifications to agreed upon floor plan, on the day of the event, are the responsibility of the lessee.
Tear Down/Clean up: We charge a $100 non-refundable fee for every event. This fee covers standard setup options, tear down, and deep cleaning. This fee does not cover removal of renter trash, food, drink, or decorations. See attached clean up agreement for renter cleaning expectations. If additional cleanup is required beyond parameters of attached cleaning agreement, renters will be charged at the rate of $40 hourly
Decorations: All decorations must be removed from premises on the day of the event. When decorating for event do not nail into wall or use any adhesive to secure decorations. Our staff is not responsible for assisting with decorating (hanging lights, banners, etc).

Security cameras and recording devices
We have 16 cameras throughout the entire space and they remain on 24/7.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
