All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This very spacious Live/Work casual environment is just what is needed to make your event memorably fantastic. Designed with the local person in mind it is a pleasant mix of functional and low key. Modest kitchen Two stages Dance Floor Lounge Space Makeshift Bar Back yard with maintained barbecues and a smoker.

There is not much street parking in this area, perhaps we can arrange a nearby parking lot for you. May involve a fee. Likewise please do not double park on the block. This is disrespectful to our neighbors

There are store front windows in the front, four skylights on high ceilings... likewise there are five windows in the back but they are separated from the main space by walls
Ambient noise description
We generally do not hear neighbors, there are some appliances in the kitchen. refrigerator, freezer ... we are on a busy street but the storefront windows are separated from the main space by curtains.

Load through the front, please move double parked cars, trucks, and vans after loading and unloading, we have no loading zone, and no ramp is required.

I hosted a women empowerment seminar, and when I tell you that we had an amazing time. This space was amazing, the host was attentive, and accommodating. The pictures shown, does this space no justice. Very nice, beautiful, clean and spacious. I will be back for sure this year, and many more to come. Thank you Audi!

The generous open space was perfect for our birthday party. Adi was a great host, responsive and attentive to detail. The dance floor is excellent and really made the party fun. We will be back, hopefully soon.
