About the Space
A beautifully updated one story mid-century California modern home for your next event! You will find beautiful natural light, simple & elegant decor with bohemian touches and plenty of "instagram-able" content. Kitchen features all white cabinets with matte black hardware and birch open shelving for that dreamy kitchen look. The rest of the home features all black (with some pops of gold) hardware, wood textures, and Edison light fixtures to make you swoon! 2 bedrooms (1 king bed + 1 queen with different styling) 1 office 1 room currently empty for you to utilize or store equipment in. 2 bathrooms Very large backyard for any kind of outdoor content needed with seating area as well perfect area to play games or to utilize the space to set up food and have lunch/meals outdoors for your entire event. Also equipped with a kids playground. *2 car garage + large driveway to fit 2-3 cars comfortably as well as plenty street parking at all times.
