4 cars can fit in the driveway if you pull in all the way. There are a few spots near the house that can be used as well, if needed

There are 4 skylights that flood in tons of natural light. The house is also filled with windows. Mid day is brightest.

We only have a few neighbors and they aren’t close so the house is very quiet and gets very little street noise. You mostly hear birds and squirrels.

Stairs

There is a large driveway that can be used for loading. The main house does have a single flight of stairs to the entrance. A side entrance can be accessed that only requires about 3 stairs to get to.

Office

FOOD: Outdoor catering is allowed. The renter must bring all service ware unless otherwise coordinated with the host in advance. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all rentals. An additional fee may apply for excessive trash removal at the Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon the end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop-offs and pickups on THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of the date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape, or gummed-backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire-producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x NO SMOKING PET POLICY: No dogs inside, but the outdoor space is fine.

We’re open to things being moved around, but most furniture should not be removed other than small items and chairs. Everything should be put back. We'd like the floors protected during use of camera / video equipment.
