Loft in Downtown. Industrial Loft, 3 Large Massive Windows with Natural light all day long, White Light during the day, Beautiful Yellow during sunset. Hardwood floors, Huge ceilings, updated appliances, open floor plan, Beautiful Modern, Upscale, Boho Chic Decor. Vivacious Plants, Unique Art. Large White Backdrop Walls, Brick Accent Wall, LED lights that change colors, 2 Large Soft Box Lights Included, and a Tripod included upon request. Great for Photoshoots - massive amounts of natural sunlight all day long, three large industrial size windows that open, third floor with a view of the skyline, beautiful shadows throughout the day to create interesting photos, lots of options for backdrops. Perfect for Filming - upscale, updated space, perfect for ads featuring young adults, working adults, or product placement. Hardwood floors, very tall ceilings, open floor plan, beautiful accents, plants, monotones with pops of color. Vibrant and clean. Appliances: Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Velvet Couch, Large Wood Table, Queen Size Bed, closets. Everything is cleaned, washed, and sanitized in between usage. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
