- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Large White Backdrop Walls, Brick Accent Wall, LED lights that change colors, 2 Large Soft Box Lights Included, and a Tripod included upon request. Great for Photoshoots - massive amounts of natural sunlight all day long, three large industrial size windows that open, third floor with a view of the skyline, beautiful shadows throughout the day to create interesting photos, lots of options for backdrops. Perfect for Filming - upscale, updated space, perfect for ads featuring young adults, working adults, or product placement. Hardwood floors, very tall ceilings, open floor plan, beautiful accents, plants, monotones with pops of color. Vibrant and clean. Appliances: Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Velvet Couch, Large Wood Table, Queen Size Bed, closets. Everything is cleaned, washed, and sanitized in between usage. Great little loft with a warm vibe. Very clean and just as pictured. If you have multiple looks for a shoot the two hours will fly by! Olivia was great host; very helpful and friendly, and even burned some incense for us before arrival, which was a nice touch!
