All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Home features large rooms with tall ceilings. Living opens to dinning and kitchen, Master Bedroom is quite large. Two gathering areas (living and loft) for casual team meetings or hang outs. Lots of windows and natural light throughout the house. - Exposed wood ceiling -large painted white fireplace -rooftop deck -Designed to with comfortable, clever, modern, with and edge.

Parking description

Two spaces are available in our driveway, with additional street parking available around the corner on Sunset Lane. Guests and visitors are not allowed to park on our street.

Ambient noise description

The street is quiet and the construction is solid so you really don't hear outside noise. If the heat is running (rarely a need) then you may hear it on the first floor.

Space can be entered on the ground floor but the home is divided over 3 levels so there are two sets of stairs.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND • This includes cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, cannabis, etc. • The entire property is smoke-free — indoor & outdoor areas, garage, and driveway. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm – 7 am

Security cameras and recording devices

There are surveillance cameras outside of the house, one facing the driveway, one facing the entrance, one on each side of the exterior of the house and one on the roof top deck stairs.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
