The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Multipurpose event space where lasting memories are made one event at a time. The space features 1400 square feet open layout, 20 foot ceiling, kitchenette, two bathrooms, WiFi, tv, projector, tables, chairs, and access to our event rentals. Can be used for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, dinner parties, co-working space, workshops, seminars, photography studio, weekly meetings, art gallery, content shoots, production/film, graduation celebrations, game nights, etc.

General Rules

No smoking, no e-cigarettes, no hookah, no cigars. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol events 21 and over ONLY and a waiver must be signed. Outside food is allowed. All garbage and cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Space must be returned in its original form.
