Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Inside the Club - Hand sanitizing stations will be readily available - Directions signage to your Private Event Rooms - Social distancing of at least 6 feet is required and will be marked with floor stickers in queuing areas like lobby, restrooms and entrance/exits - High-touch surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant spray or wipes regularly throughout the day - Masks are required upon entry and we encourage our Members and Guests to wear masks in community areas throughout the Club
Event Room Setup & Cleanliness - Directional signage for guest flow and distance markers in queuing areas like registration; Doors may be propped open - Customized floor plans and seating arrangements created for each event to ensure proper distancing - Minimized table settings with prepackaged items when available - All reusable items are cleaned and sanitized between each use - Prior to each event there will be sanitation of surfaces including tables, chairs, linens and high-touch items in the room
Event Room Service & Standards - Service staff equipped with proper protective face coverings - Customized menu offerings including pre-packaged, grab and go or plated options; buffets will be modified with staff attendants, hand sanitation, food shields and queue management - Pre-scheduled breaks can be arranged for more frequent cleaning of event room and high-touch items in the room
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our Private Club is the ideal location for any filmings or VIP events. We're in a secure building that requires all guests to check in with security as well as have their temperatures taken. All guests within the Club are private members. Rooms can be booked during normal Club hours or for more discretion, can be booked off hours at an additional charge. We have tables, chairs, linen, flatware, audio visual equipment, impeccable service as well as amazing views of the city and harbor which is perfect for any backdrop.

Parking description
Complimentary parking is available to our guests after 6:00 p.m on a first-come-first-serve basis within the underground parking at 100 Federal Street- located at the corner of Federal and Matthews Street. Names of guests are required in advance to be added to the security access list.
The BC Club provides a complimentary 10% discount validation for parking at the conveniently located Garage at Post Office Square on Congress Street. This garage is perfect for any bookings before 6pm. Garage tickets must be validated at the Club’s Reception Desk. Rates are subject to change, but are typically $40 for daytime parking exceeding 2.5 hours. The flat rate for evening parking after 4:00 pm is $9.

General Rules
We do not permit any outside catering/ food and beverage. All bookings must provide first and last names for all guests entering the building for the security team to check in. Nothing can be taped to the wallpaper.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
