- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our beautiful club lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Shuffleboard and a pool table are sure to entertain a crowd! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Kitchen area includes microwave and sink Pool table Shuffleboard 2 - HD TVs Decorative accent lighting We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available outside the clubhouse. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

My partner and I celebrated our engagement party at this venue. We absolutely loved it. It’s very spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge and ice machine. The pool table was an added plus and there we plenty of seating for everyone. My only issue was that the gate to the front entrance was locked and it made loading the car up a little harder by having to walk around to the side door which also locks so you have to keep it propped open.

Let's start with the good! The place looks exactly like the pics and even more beautiful in person. Lauren was responsive with my questions and was quick. The cons!!! The night of my event the bathroom were clogged and disgusting so my guests couldn't use it. That was a big negative cause they had to go across the street to Panera bread to use the restroom 🚻!! Second I was told the garage wouldn't closed till 10pm but guess what? 9:15pm the doors were closed!! Me and my guests had to figure out how to get to the parking through the apartment complex. I emailed the management that night cause I had an email contact from the manager that said she would reply to me immediately if I had any issues that night but guess what? No answer. There is no number for you to call if there is anything that happens. They don't event give u the number of the maintenance just in case. I wouldn't book this place .

Pro: The host was very responsive to questions and the employee at the venue went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The venue itself is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. Everyone had a wonderful time and I am glad we booked this venue. Cons: I gave it 4 stars for two reasons. The first is pictures are not updated. The room is just incredibly nice but a bit different which could be helpful to know ahead of time for setup/invites (the only game available is the pool table, there is no shuffle board, etc.) Also after hours there is a gate in the front lobby. Guests need to enter through the mail room. I hung signs so it was not hard for anyone to find. I also brought a nice door stopper for unloading, etc. since the door is heavy and it was stolen. Those are good things to know to see if the space fits your needs. That being said I would happily book again.

The room itself is really nice and provided multiple comfortable seating areas for our guests. We held my husband's 40th birthday party here and loved having the long counter for our food and drinks. The way you have to enter the space if you are renting it at night after the lobby closes is less than ideal. I gave Lauren my feedback on the problems with he outside doors and garage for the guests and I'm hoping this is something they can correct for future bookings. We had to enter through a side door near the mailroom and the door would lock if it closed. This made it really hard to unload our decorations and food and drinks and also guests can't get in unless someone mans the door. It would be so much better to be able to use the lobby and would provide an easier guest experience. I hope they can change this. Lauren was great to work with and really responsive and was able to answer my questions and provide solutions to issues we had.

Lauren was absolutely AMAZING!!! Me and daughter booked from out of town. Leasing host was exceptional. Event was amazing as well. My daughter loved her Gender Reveal so did the guests. Only minor concerns - a little more scratches on floor than I expected and the shelf kept falling in the closet and the trash and recycle draws were extremely hard to open and close, it was a Fight! Dumpster Shute for trash a little far but had nothing to do with overall presentation of the room. Thanks Lauren for your professionalism.
