I'm easy to work with.. ****No Ticketed Events----No Sale of Alcohol**** Also please factory in Setup and Clean up while booking, there will be No Early Entry. This space is ideal for Photoshoots,Films, Music Videos, Birthday parties, private parties, Dinner parties, and much much more. This space can be changed around within reason to suite the needs of almost anything. Please contact me with your ideas before booking . Speaker are not included in rental. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Booked this venue for a Halloween gathering in Oct 2021. It was absolutely great! Jay was responsive and made sure that my event was taken care of thoroughly and ensured I had a good time. I brought in my own decorations, snacks, and even something to project pictures on the wall! Would definitely book again! Space felt even more spacious than advertised as well!
