Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Quintessential Topanga home situated within the P.O. Tract just across from the State Park Trail on nearly 8/10th of an acre. The original 1920's ranch home has been extensively remodeled throughout including new stainless kitchen, beautiful wood grained floors, new bathrooms, decks, etc. The stunning living room is walls of glass from the floor to the open beamed ceilings and overlooks huge grassy lawns, ancient oaks & redwoods, and natural stone formations featuring pathways & waterfalls (lots of usable land and completely fenced in for privacy). Separate structure (not attached) can be used as office/meditation room. A perfect combination of location, style, and an amazing piece of land presenting a rare opportunity. Across the street from Topanga State Park trail.
