Location is cleaned and maintained daily. Guests requests and requirements are given special consideration.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

5400 square foot house on five-acre, wooded estate. There is a circa 1927, 5250 square foot greenhouse with a swimming pool inside. Bamboo forest on the property. . Film friendly. Extensive collection of vintage cars in perfect condition can be rented as props. A stunning and unique location available close to New York City. Eragone has successfully hosted numerous photo and video shoots, as well as intimate and larger dinner parties. The main house is filled with a lifetime collection of antiques and vintage artwork The greenhouse is 35' x 93' lushly landscaped with 50 years growth of tropical, trees, flowering plants, vines and aquatic life.
