Welcome to our studio we’re we offer a clean, welcoming friendly facility to independent producers, filmmakers and photographers at a low cost. All Short films, Commercials, Actor Head Shots/Reels, model shoots, Web-Based Promos, Product shoots, Sizzle Reels, Doc Interviews, Music Videos, Talk Show Pilots, How-To Instruction Videos, Exercise Video Promos, Dance Videos, Product Photography, Table-Top Miniatures, Stop-Motion, TV Bumpers, Fight scenes, and Business Promo Videos are welcomed.

Parking description
Free Studio Packing for 6 cars at all times, and plenty of free easy Street Parking.
General Rules
No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the studio.
No alcoholic beverages, marijuana use, or illegal drugs.
No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of any substances.
No pets allowed without prior consent of a studio representative.
No children under 12 without prior authorization
Minimum of 48-hour notice is required for the use of child or animal performers.
Guest is responsible for securing any needed permits.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Studio and equipment used is disinfected after every shoot by management.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
