Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Walking distance to restaurants, short distance to the Tyler Perry Studios. The loft offers refinished wood floors, new HVAC, new stainless appliances, hardwood throughout. Very quiet building. Only one neighbor next door. The side street outside of the window is not busy. No loud noise from appliances. AC may be shut off.

There is one elevator for loading. The building only has 3 floors. This space is on the 3rd floor. There are no entrance ramps. Loading trucks typically park in the parking lot across the street.

Electrical system description

The power is electric. Most clients bring their own generators. Each room has at least 4 outlets. The circuit breaker is on the 1st floor in the laundry room - in the kitchen, next to the washer / dryer.

General Rules

Rules: No loud music/dancing. No smoking. No drugs. No nudity. No adulty xxx activity or other illegal activities/ parties. No day or night parties. No alcohol after 8 PM. No overnight stays.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Third-Party Property Damage Insurance coverage to pay sums which you become legally obligated to pay as damages arising out of injury to or destruction of the property of others (including loss of use) while such property is in your care, custody, or control and is used or to be used in connection with a production. Extra Expense Insurance coverage for a loss incurred in the event of an interruption, postponement, or cancellation of production as a direct result of damage to or destruction of property or facilities.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Prior notice is required to move furniture or wall decorations. Must be placed in a secured truck. They may not be placed in hallways or stairs.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
