Beautiful estate in the heart of Malibu. Previously Owned by Snowboard Olympic Championship. Perfect getaway in gorgeous bluff front. Open the french doors to enjoy obstructed ocean view, soft lawn and Malibu life style. Mins to beach and restaurants! Prime real estate on Point Dume is luxury living at it's finest! No party noise, large gatherings or events. Guests not in the reservation to be disclosed to hosts. Respectful to this beautiful community and neighbors :). This house is one of the kind in Malibu. Sitting on a bluff overseeing the ocean, with over an acre grass lawn in front, walking distance to state beach and natural preserve park and hiking trail, it’s a dream house to bring your family to have an enjoyable and incredible memory. Master bedroom has a patio access with unobstructed view of the ocean, pool and lawn. Secondary bedroom has its own access door to the front yard which face white magnolia flowers. The gourmet kitchen offers generous counter space, professional cook’s appliances and built-in bay sitting with views of the grounds and ocean. The lower level is a large space with two trundle beds and attached bathroom, with French doors connecting to outdoor expansive grounds hosting a covered terrace with a built-in BBQ, sparkling pool and rolling lawns. Come, enjoy the breeze and ultimate relaxation! NOTE: There are orange ribbon around the house. Due to city of malibu requirements, we are requested to put up an orange ribbon around the building from June 18th to July 18th, our apology for the inconvenience, thank you for your understanding.

This has by far been the best experience with booking that I have had. Bess was EXTREMELY helpful. Finding the location and entering the location was super easy. The photos did not do it justice. The view is absolutely amazing! The house has all the amenities that you would need for a photo or video shoot and plenty of room. I will definitely book with Bess again! Amazing house & incredible host!

The grass is not as manicured as you are thought to believe from the pictures. It is real grass (not artificial) and is bumpy and lumpy. There's also no umbrella and canopy like the picture depicts. Furthermore, we did have an issue with the gate not closing and because of it some random person walking onto the lot asking about the rental space. That was weird. Cell phone service here is abysmal and wifi the same. With that said the view is amazing and the pool is a great size...that is why we were there. Bess was also easy going and good at communicating prior to booking.
