Large free parking lot with plenty of space. Includes handicap parks and front row parking in front of the studio. You also have access to the elevator and stairwell.

Natural light studio with windows facing the south and west. The natural light is the brightest is between 3 pm & 6:30 pm. Clear view of the sunset from windows or open patio.

Space is above a fitness studio and you may hear music depending on the time of day. The fitness center classes usually last for 1 hour. Please send a request prior to booking and we can share the schedule. In addition, the A/C unit will make noise, but can be shut off for recording.

Stairs, Elevator

Equipment can be loaded via the elevator in the from lobby.

There are 12 outlets and the circuit breaker is in the rear left of the space.

Restrictions * All children must be supervised at all times in all areas of the space. * Only water is allowed near furniture and props. Contact us for alcohol. * Candles, Glitter and confetti are not allowed * Fireworks of any kind including sparklers) are prohibited. * Nails, thumb tacks, staples, or command strips may not be used on the walls or woodwork. If tape is used, it must be painter’s tape. * Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows and air take vents. * No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs. * Music or other sound must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio. * Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of Renter and its vendors to set up, breakdown, and move equipment and other items within the Studio. * Renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party. * Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law. Boudoir Photography Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Only tasteful boudoir photography is permitted with our prior permission. Please reach out to the Studio to discuss. Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Please keep in mind that the Studios have large windows to allow ample light in the space and, in some instances, are located in shared commercial buildings shared with other tenants.

Liability insurance required for productions.

Rolling walls and furniture can be moved. Please place furniture and walls back in original location - to ensure items are placed back in original location please reference the website or take photos prior to moving items. When rolling walls are moved, please lock them in place. ***Please note*** Fall and Christmas decorations cannot be moved.
