-Small gatherings are welcome, LARGE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. We have a maximum capacity of 15 people at any given time. Guests who host large parties will be reported to Peerspace and will be subject to being removed from the platform. If the number of guests or the intent/nature of the event is not fully disclosed or misrepresented, we will cancel your reservation and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. -Teenage gatherings MUST be supervised by an adult for the entire length of your stay. For stays with children, no horseplay/running on the first floor of the house; please have them play outside or in the basement. -For celebrations, please do not use glitter or confetti. If you choose to do so, a cleaning up-charge will be applied. -You have designated parking spaces in the backyard to the RIGHT of the driveway. Park only at the yellow and black parking blocks. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the opposite side of the street (on the SOUTH SIDE ONLY). Please do not block the driveway at any time during your stay as we will need access to come and go. -SMOKING of any kind is NOT PERMITTED indoors. If you plan to smoke outside, please do so in your vehicle or anywere outside in the backyard (you will find an upright plastic ashtray for use under the pergola). -No amplified music beyond standard bluetooth speakers allowed indoors (for your convenience, a sound bar is available for use in the living room).
