About the Space
Previously a garden/farm with grape vines, peach tree and beautiful roses we've happily kept some of the garden vibes and provide a beautiful green space in the middle of a busy industrial area. From baby showers, gender reveals, birthday parties or just a pool day with a few friends this is the perfect space for you and yours. We have a 1,100 Sq. Ft. space which is composed of a beautiful green lawn on one end and pavers on the other with a pool and deck conveniently located near enough to watch over your guests but also far enough to keep the fun screams away from cozy conversations in the patio. We include indoor space for guest to relax and prep for their event while watching TV or taking a shower in addition to a separate indoor space where we provide a refrigerator and chest freezer. - 6 2x6 folding tables -2 2x4 folding tables -2 2x6 wooden tables -1 4 foot circular table - 26 folding chairs - 15 outdoor chairs - 2 lawn chairs - 1 Grill and propane - 4 Canopies - 2 sets of patio furniture - 6 Foot bar

Had a lovely time celebrating my sisters bridal shower here. Pedro was so helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even helping us put up our party sign when he did not have too. I would 100% recommend this venue and plan on booking again in the future!!

My family and I absolutely loved this place. We were able to throw a birthday party and had about 60 people. Pedro was very prompt, helpful and professional. His wife was also great and helped out prior to us getting there. The place looks way better in person and is a perfect size for any type of party.
