Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our cleaning crew makes sure they are in compliance with local city and county guidelines. They are diligent about our cleaning practices and guarantee every booking or client feels secure and safe in the showroom space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Located in the heart of Orange County at the newly renovated OCP building in Orange, CA! Easy access to several major freeways, just minutes from ARTIC station of public transportation, close to John Wayne airport and The Los Angeles Angels stadium. This systems furniture showroom is fully equipped with everything a photographer needs to capture some phenomenal stock images and film footage. The vibrant color and hipster decor make it an ideal space for everyone to love!

No smoking in or around the showroom Outside food is allowed (please dispose outside) No alcohol permitted Normal business hours 9am-6pm Weekends available upon request ***DO NOT leave filming equipment in the building hallways during business hours (8am-6pm). Property management company will cite Corporate Modular Services. We ask that you pull all filming, lighting, and any other equipment used by cast or crew inside showroom. If not, please leave outside in commercial trucks/vans. Thank you***

Furniture and decorations may be moved

There is commercial systems furniture that can be moved around. Cubicles to remain in place.
