History of the space Former corner store turned apartment, this restored corner entry space has original, restored tin ceilings in downtown Hamtramck. Neighborhood details Hamtramck is the most densley populated city in Michigan hosting a variety of cultures, food options, bars, vintage shops, and history. Pope John Paull II visited Hamtramck in 1987 due to the large Polish population. Still present there are a variety of Polish restaurants, bakeries, markets to shop at. Detroit Threads a must see for the vinyl collector, this space has the largest selection of Detroit Techno and House. Logistics Free street parking is available. The current floor plan is an open design for the kitchen and main space with a small stage. The stage has outlets and a separate breaker box. The open kitchen can duel as a bar or buffet counter. I have chairs for seating events or can remove them depending on the guest. Special rates associated with booking the space I work with budgets and will discount for non-profits or community improvement events.
