This Boho style Loft is perfect for photo shoots, video shoots, production, interviews - wherever your creative mind takes you! It's an open concept 1 bedroom/1 bathroom Loft with a full kitchen. Coffee and wifi is included :) Not to mention, you are in the heart of the Rivermarket district so your creativity can flow outside, as well; surrounded by historic brick buildings, adorable coffee shops, picturesque ally ways, the Lock Bridge and so many more innovative spots to capture the perfect shot!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Booked this space for a paid client shoot who travel several hours from out of state to work with me. Upon arriving at the space, we discovered dirty clothes, alcohol bottles, and personal belongs everywhere. I called the host who admitted she double booked (she lists the same properties on air bnb). She assured me she would refund me because she “forgot she had instant bookings turned on”. 90 days later she still had not initiated a refund, and her listings STILL allow instant bookings. Do not book with this host if you value your paying client relations.

Marissa’s space was fantastic and perfect for what we were looking for. The original space of hers that we had asked for ended up being booked so we were surprised and happy to have her recommend another place for us!
