Deep cleaning is done following each session, bathroom, and highly touched areas are disinfected.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This beautiful all white studio is one large room, about 600 square feet, with an attached private bathroom. There are 6 large windows in the space that provide beautiful natural light. There are two South facing windows, and four West facing windows. Also part of the space are the following: Gorgeous white mantle wall Flower wall Navy Blue Wall (color may change) Large gold Baroque mirror French settee White futon couch 2 white apple boxes 2 step stools (one white, one black) Pink toddler chair Hair & makeup vanity Wi-Fi Heating & Air conditioning *Specialty wardrobe can be added when you book *Booking multiple hours will discount the cost of the rental.

Parking description

Several parking spots available in the lot and on the street.

General Rules

1. Furniture must be returned to original location. 2. Please do not allow anyone to stand or jump on any of the furniture. And be careful when moving it. 3. Please bring your own bedding if you are doing a boudoir or any bed like shoot. (we do not have a bed in the studio, but the futon does fold down.) 4. NO animals allowed in the studio at any time. 5. The dresses and bedding stored in the storage closet (behind the pink curtain) is OFF LIMITS, UNLESS you purchase the add-on. 6. Do NOT hang anything from the walls or fireplace. If your photo shoot includes a cake smash please use a plastic tablecloth between the cake and floor.
