Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We work with a professional cleaning company and 2 maids are cleaning the house with professional cleaning equipment
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Historical 6500 sq.ft. 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms estate with stunning ocean & mountain views. Stainless steel chef's kitchen opens to a comfortable living area and breakfast nook w/ windows overlooking the ocean. The perfect escape with a private yard, pool, hiking trail and workout equipment facing the ocean. We also offer Catering or BBQ Service from various cuisines by our Chef upon request. These amenities are not advertised and also not for use: - Master bedroom Jacuzzi - Basketball hoop

The property has a large parking lot for up to 8 cars
General Rules
House rules
- Check in time is 5 PM and check out time is 11 AM.
- No access to the guest house and basement. Our manager will usually be in the guesthouse. Feel free to contact him if you need any assistance with the property
- NO MORE PEOPLE staying and visiting then the number provided in the reservation. (We have 8 outdoor cameras and we’ll count the number of people)
- We charge extra for early check in or late checkout.
- TURN OFF all 3 heaters/AC (2 upstairs) and lights before you leave
- For UBER or food delivery make sure to provide the gate code #1678
- No Smoking in the house
- Fire hazard zone outside the house don’t throw cigarettes
- Please make sure to watch all the warning signs ⛔️
- No parking on the street or driveway, only on the lot
- Pool might have leaves etc inside even maids clean it because the house is located in the windy Malibu Hills area
- Please don’t flush anything else then toilet papers
- Don’t try to open locked doors
- TRASH cans are at the entrance of the Driveway
- Don’t leave trash outside the house
- Fines will be deducted from the security deposit
