  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

USAGE FOR PRODUCTION Modern home with an open-light studio feel. Wall-to-wall windows with 180° lake views. Space has been used for marketing stills shoots and video for commercial ads. A wide-open layout that can be used as a natural light studio, staged kitchen shoot, dining room set, and open living room. Patio with 180° lake views with furniture. You are welcome to bring in props and move furniture, rugs, accessories out of the way as long as the crew is very careful of the items and returns the home to the same condition it was in at your arrival. The house is very open so easy to move around in and get equipment in and out with wide open stairways, and it has amazing natural light. The full house is open minus the master suite. If filming or photos of external of the house is needed there will be an additional charge to accommodate making outdoor space photo/video ready.

Yes, I would book again.

The house is beautiful and Kyl was a wonderful host. We needed to do quite a bit of moving and rearranging for a shoot, and Kyl was flexible and understanding. Highly recommend his space!
