This sunny home Photo Studio is located in Williamsburg, just a few steps from the J/M and G train stops. The space is ideal for smaller crews (max 8 people recommended). The spacious high ceiling + sun drenched studio has newly been equipped and installed with a photo studio set up, seamless backdrops, production + lighting equipment, a styling room, hair + make up station, sofas, chairs and a modern kitchen area and bathroom. The South to Southwest facing windows let beautiful direct natural light stream through the studio in the mornings until early afternoon. The main room contains a renovated kitchen to the left, with a wall of three South facing windows to the right, a seamless backdrop set up in the middle of the room with a 3-paper roll set up, a modern leather love seat, a hair + make up table / station, chairs, and access to a bathroom. The second room that comes with the rental of the space has two South to SouthWest facing windows, and is set up as a room for the stylists and models, equipped with a double bar extendable clothing rack, a sofa and coffee table. This side room can also be turned into a hair / make up room. The furniture can be moved around. The light in this side room is beautiful as well - possible additional shoot set up against the walls. Host will be working in a separate area / office in the same unit, will be out of your way but available for any questions during your shoot for your convenience. There is a small very cute dog in the office as well - FYI for people with dog hair allergies. Adjustments can be made throughout the space / furniture moved around upon request. There are beautiful decorative tropical plants in the space that can either be used in your shoots or removed. COVID-19 RULES: We require that everyone wears their mask going in and out of the building. The crew is required to keep the mask on all day. Talent can take mask off inside to be on camera if a 6 foot social distance is maintained. Everyone on set must sanitized their hands throughout the day. Sanitizer and masks will be provided. SET UP + BREAK DOWN TIME: Please take into account that all set up and breakdown time will be included in your studio rental time. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance. We count the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. The space is expected to be left the same way it was found upon arrival. Furniture needs to be moved back where it was found and any trash needs to be taken out. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD NOISE / MUSIC.
