About the Space
We are here to provide you all with the freedom and space to display your artistic niche. We are a Creative space available to rent for and not limited to photo/video shoots, small gatherings, private dinners, etc. We have three rooms that will cater to two separate specific themes that will alternate monthly. There is a backyard space, rooftop space and downstairs space that is also available for use. “Home of Artistic expression”

General Rules
Alcohol and smoking allowed within the space ONLY.
None of the clothing are to be taken off the rack unless otherwise instructed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras located downstairs and upstairs for my own use when the space is not in use for security purposes. During your booking, it can be disconnected.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned thoroughly with a professional service. There are wipes, hand sanitizers, Lysol, disinfectant sprays/wipes, etc throughout the apartment.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
