About the Space
Space allows for a variety of rental opportunities including but not limited to rehearsals, auditions, dance classes, photo shoots, parties, programs and etc. Marley floor and speaker is provided. Floor covering is also provided for special events. Three Dressing rooms are also on the premises. Chairs and tables can be provided at an additional charge for special events such as birthdays or programs.

Parking description
Studio is located within a shopping center complex with a lot that offers free and convenient space for at least 50 cars. The studio also has parking spots directly in front of building
General Rules
Masks are required to enter premises

Renter must be present the day of the rental
All rentals include setup and teardown time please keep this is mind when booking
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

One surveillance camera sits in the waiting area. It records audio, video and night vision
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We ask that space is left in the same condition it was found in once you rent the space. If something is out of place please report it to the front desk. Hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes are provided throughout space for the use of Guests. Building and studio is thoroughly disinfected, mopped, cleaned and wiped downed before any renter utilizes space. Disposable gloves are used to clean the area. Mask are on premises as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
