About the Space
Perfectly set up photography / video studio for rent by the hour/ day / week. Permanently installed professional white CYC screen and green screen. This room can be used for portraits, fashion photography, products. Also, film makers can utilize the space and create different sets for music videos, interviews for documentaries, and livestreams. No natural light, however it has a lighting grid installed where you can hang up lighting fixtures in different positions. Lighting available at an additional charge. In addition, the green screen is available at all times. Besides the green screen, and the CYC, this room has two office desks, that can be used for any production purposes. We also provide a make up artist station. Finally, if you wish to change the wall background to black there is enough theater curtains to cover all the wall black.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

David was responsive and the space was useful for the images I was trying to achieve. We handled our own check in and we let ourselves in through a key code. My PA got on a ladder to help me access the cyc wall through a wall of duvetine. So keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. The bathroom was down the hall and absolutely filthy. The women's was locked so I used the men's and there was visible feces in the toilet. I would not under any circumstances bring professional clients here and luckily was working with my friends so it wasn't a big deal. I would agree with another reviewer that the $75 cleaning fee is completely ridiculous. The set itself had balloons and random stuff leftover from previous shoots so it was obviously not cleaned prior. Which again I wouldn't really care as much if I wasn't being charged a cleaning fee. David was kind to allow us to borrow a single C-stand without charging extra for the use of lighting equipment so I did appreciate that. Would give 3 stars if the space and bathroom were cleaner but that really impacted my experience.

Very responsive host, quick to answer any questions and deal with any issues. Great space which served my needs for a brief photo shoot, easy to follow instructions for locating space and the room. Would gladly rent again.
