About the Space
Perfectly set up photography / video studio for rent by the hour/ day / week. Permanently installed professional white CYC screen and green screen. This room can be used for portraits, fashion photography, products. Also, film makers can utilize the space and create different sets for music videos, interviews for documentaries, and livestreams. No natural light, however it has a lighting grid installed where you can hang up lighting fixtures in different positions. Lighting available at an additional charge. In addition, the green screen is available at all times. Besides the green screen, and the CYC, this room has two office desks, that can be used for any production purposes. We also provide a make up artist station. Finally, if you wish to change the wall background to black there is enough theater curtains to cover all the wall black.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

The facility is great in providing what is needed for recording video training content. Outside noise ended up being a problem throughout the day though (Monday, noon to 5pm). The neighbors around the studio record and/or play music. It appears that the front doors for each studio aren't well suited for sound isolation and the hallways are narrow where the outside sounds can easily be heard. Parking (gated) is very safe and secure.

A dishonored art space that made no commitment in leading the economy. The poverty gap is huge with no artistic culture. The build could almost be abandoned, with only barbed wire fence. The white screen is full of foot prints. A glove of mosquitoes just born at the entrance. The equipment carts are unclean. Odd fashion smelly assistant could come up to offer free service that one doesn’t need. The owner didn’t usher. The charges topped the market above all else.
