About the Space
Film and Photo Stage The space was build with the idea of a versatile space to do film and photo shot. The space is equipped with: 300 sq / 90 degrees cyclorama ( 16ft x 19ft ) 3 phase 100amp cam lock 18ft ceiling Private bathroom Private small Kitchen Wall Flats available upon request 1Gb Wifi-Fios EQUIPMENT included in your rental: 8 x C-stand 40 2 x C-stand 20 4 x Apple Box Family 20 x Sand Bags 5 x V-Flat 12 x Folding chairs 2 x Folding table More EQUIPMENT available upon request. SET DESIGN available with our sister company on the same floor. The cyc is build in front of the rolling gate, that gives you the possibility to shoot from the street and enjoy the natural light with a 14ft by 14ft natural light opening facing north. The drive way is private and belong to the studio. It can be used anytime to park your vehicle. (We are not responsible for the vehicle)

Equipment loading description
The gate is on the street level and give access to the studio directly.
No staging area available
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The space has 100amp 3phase that can be activated upon request and extra cost.
Otherwise plugs with 20amps circuit are available.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
No Smoking inside the studio.
No Alcohol.
No Pornographic content.
Outside catering allowed.
Rental Time Includes Set-Up & Breakdown, so please consider when booking.
Music must stay at a certain volume level.
We love animals, just let us know at the time of booking & be sure to clean up after them
Leave the space in the same condition in which it was found
All equipment and furniture should be treated with care.
If included in your shots, please request a rental agreement. ( furnitures in the space are for the most part custom made and have copyrights).
All equipment must be properly signed out when renting
Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.
Keep the studio door closed at all times when coming in or exiting the space.
Please make sure the bathroom is clear from falling garbage on the floor and no clogging the bathroom's toilets.
Please request to studio manager if you are using the heater.
If the client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such person including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
1. Insurance Certificate Holder:
2. Certificate Holder Must be named as the Additional Insured and Loss Payee.
3. Certificate must clearly state the coverage limit specific of RENTAL EQUIPMENT and any deductibles.
4. Certificate confirms that rented equipment has IN-TRANSIT coverage and REPLACEMENT COST Valuation.
5. General Liability Insurance must be at least $1,000,000 and noted on certificate.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
It can be move upon request before the shoot day.
Furniture and the location has some areas that have a copyright therefor it can't be used onset unless prior arrangement with the studio manager.
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Security Cameras are in place in 3 different place on location. It records video and audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is fully cleaned between bookings.
Equipment is sprayed with alcohol before and after each shoot
We provide face mask and hand sanitizer.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
